We want you to be fully satisfied with your DIY Cold Plunge apparel and gear. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your recovery routine, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
